    Salary

    1. Job Title Salary: Paid based on the employee’s grade coefficient multiplied by the minimum wage prescribed by the State.
    2. Piece-rate Salary: Paid based on the quantity of products produced.
    3. Time-based Salary: Paid for public holidays, annual leave, training, paid personal leave, occupational accidents, periodic health check-ups, and female labor benefits.

    Insurance

    1. Employees with official labor contracts are covered by the Company for insurance premiums at current statutory rates.

    Working Hours

    1. Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week.

    3. Weekly rest: Every Sunday.
