Salary
- Job Title Salary: Paid based on the employee’s grade coefficient multiplied by the minimum wage prescribed by the State.
- Piece-rate Salary: Paid based on the quantity of products produced.
- Time-based Salary: Paid for public holidays, annual leave, training, paid personal leave, occupational accidents, periodic health check-ups, and female labor benefits.

- Employees with official labor contracts are covered by the Company for insurance premiums at current statutory rates.

Working Hours
- Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week.
- Female labor benefits: 30-minute break per day during menstruation; 1-hour reduction in daily working hours for those raising children under 12 months or pregnant from the 7th month onwards (if performing heavy work).
- Weekly rest: Every Sunday.
